We approached Bespoke Medals to create a medal of a naked chalk giant with a spinning willy for the Giants Head Marathon. Of course, they jumped at the chance – who wouldn’t?
Runnersworld then said that race was Britain’s best marathon – a lot of that is down to the medal!
Since then, these guys have created dozens of medal designs for us from tank medals at Bovington Tank Museum races to peacock enamelled medals for Larmer races, to Roman medals for the Dorset Invader.
Some people love their medals so much, they had them as tattoos too! If that’s not an endorsement of design quality, I don’t know what is!
