Our team has a wealth of experience in creating many different medal styles, who will work with you throughout the whole process to create the ideal medal for you.

We guarantee quality every time – from design through to making the finished product, we work closely with you to understand your design requirements and ensure you are 100% happy with the medal, before it goes into production.

Order process


1. Start – get in touch

Our Bespoke Medal request form is simple and easy to follow. Fill it with any fantastic ideas or requirements you might have.

2. Quote

A member of our Sales Team will get back to you with a no-obligation quotation to give you an idea of the pricing.

3. Design

Send us your design or take advantage of our FREE Design Service* – Once the quotation is confirmed you'll be sent a Design Form, which will make it's way to our award-winning Design Service. In this form, you can further elaborate on your medal designs, working with our Design Team to create something special to you.

4. Produce

Once your medal has been designed to your specifications, our Purchase Team will be in touch with pre-production artwork. From here you can request a sample, or if you're happy to approve, production on your medal will begin!

5. Finish line – delivery

Your medal delivery can be shipped by sea or air! Depending on which option you choose, your medals will arrive with us here at Bespoke Medals within 6-18 weeks. After arrival, we perform a thorough quality control check. From there we delivery to your door in time for your event.

We offer a FREE in-house design service

On acceptance of a quote, we will send you a design within 3 – 4 working days – above all it’s FREE no matter what size your order! Simply send us your guidelines with any logos and we will do the rest.
