Well done to everyone who took part in one of the Loch Ness runs at the weekend!
There was a marathon, a 10k, 5k and a Wee Nessie 400m run for children too.
This race runs along the shores of the world famous loch where the Loch Ness Monster mystery originates from.
Tarus Elly was the winner of the marathon for the second time in three years crossing the finish line in a time of two hours, 25 minutes and 19 seconds.
Megan Crawford was the winner of the women’s title with a time of two hours, 44 minutes and 49 seconds.
The 10k winners were Neil Renault, of Edinburgh AC, and Hunters Bog Trotters member Shona Mcintosh in times of 30:32 and 35:15 respectively.
In the 5k, Iain Gillam, from Dorset, won the men’s event in 16:30 and Welsh athlete Angela Jones won the women’s in 18:58.
We supplied gold, silver, bronze and Wee Nessie medals for this festival.
They were all antique style Europa Medals with 3D detailing, ranging from 40-70mm.
The ribbons on these medals are fully printed woven ribbons ranging from 24-38mm.
