Running Imp were absolutely delighted to have done our part for the 2018 Virgin Money London Marathon.
As the event’s Official Medal Suppliers and Official Timing Clock Operators, our team were able to witness first-hand the build-up to the event. They were also there to cheer on all of the runners on the big day too!
First, we attended the London Marathon Expo and got to spend time with lots of participants. From seeing old faces to meeting new ones, we loved every minute of the event. It was great to hear people’s stories and their reasons for running! We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came to see us on the stand.
Attending the Virgin Money London Marathon itself was an even bigger honour, and it was amazing to see the thousands of runners take on the prestigious event throughout London. We were extremely proud to have been able to produce the medals that rewarded all of the participants, and we hope we did you all proud too.
With 2018 being the 30th Anniversary of Running Imp, this year has been extra special. We couldn’t be pleased to have contributed towards the event through medal supplying and operating the timing clocks.
