We’re incredibly proud to offer a bespoke service to our clients, enabling them to design something utterly unique to them. Placing your specific needs, budgets and timescales at the forefront of our operations, our only request is to urge clients to be as creative as they like when formulating a design brief.

2. Get in touch!
Pondering over your design is serious business, especially when there’re so many options. When you make that decision, though, simply get in touch and share it with us!
Providing exceptional service is what we do at Running Imp. We are committed to helping you create the bespoke medal you have envisioned. To do so, we adopt an innovative approach, utilising the incredible skills of our In-House Design Team!
3. Get Designing!
Our team are here to guide you throughout the process. More specifically, our sales team will be able to provide you with quotes and updates on your order, and answer any queries you may have. In the meantime, our In-House Design Team will stop at nothing to make sure your design is exactly as you envision.
There’s also no need to worry if you’re struggling with ideas. Our team are happy to work with you to help find that ideal design. This comes at no extra cost!

4. Say hello to the final stage of pre-production, receiving your design for approval.
Once our team receives the thumbs up from you, it is off to our suppliers for production!
We understand the timescales of your event are likely to be the determining factor as to whether you choose sea freight or air freight for delivery. We will discuss this during pre-production to ensure that your medals arrive on the date that best suits you.
5. We got the goods. But first, quality control
Our warehouse team performs quality control checks before sending out your bespoke medals. These checks ensure that everything you receive, you love. No nonsense, no hiccups, just beautifully Bespoke Medals.
6. Delivery
Unless you opt for collection, we will deliver to you! We aim to have your medals to you on your specified event date. If you require, our Sales Team will also happily update you with the progress of your order throughout the process.
